Cookies Massa Sovada

2 packages yeast
(active dry or compressed)
1/4 cup water (warm for dry,
lukewarm for compressed)
1 cup scalded milk
1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 1/2 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
